The owner of birkenthal.com (hereinafter the Online Shop) is BIRKENTHAL OÜ (registry code 14863510), located in Tallinn.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated for each product. The delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information in the Online Shop is directly provided for each item.
Desired products should be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the suitable delivery method. The total price will then be displayed and can be paid via the bank link.
The agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due to the bank account of the Online Shop.
If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the shortage of products or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (including delivery fee) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.

BIRKENTHAL is the chief processor of personal data and forwards all personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5 business days starting from the entry into force of the contract of sale. Delivery outside Estonia is within 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered merchandise may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as permitted for physical testing of the goods.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.
To return the item, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found at: return form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the ordered one (eg wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall refund the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal.
The Online Shop may refuse to provide a refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly opted for a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop does not have to reimburse the consumer for any cost exceeding the standard delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is mistakenly marked below the market price of the goods.
